ESA's Automated Transfer Vehicles deliver essential supplies to the International Space Station and can reboost the Station's orbit. 

The spacecraft is monitored and controlled from the Control Centre in France. During an ATV mission the control room works day and night in constant communication with ATV and other International Space Station control centres in USA and Russia..
