Ariane 5 liftoff on flight VA218
On 11 September 2014, Ariane 5 flight VA218 lifted off from Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana to place two telecommunications satellites, Measat-3b and Optus-10, into their planned transfer orbits.
