Mission control

The IXV Mission Control Centre (MCC) provides systems, tools and applications to be used during the flight and enables the mission control team to monitor live telemetry information from the spaceplane and to receive, store, process and display recorded data. The centre will also make detailed trajectory and splashdown location predictions, oversee ground station contact and operation and monitor and transmit meteorological forecast data for the recovery area.
