Jan Wörner, ESA Director General, presents to Pierre Helg, Ambassador of Switzerland to the Russian Federation, the ESA chalet, at the MAKS international aviation and space show, in Zhukovsky, on 26 August 2015.

MAKS provides a comprehensive insight into the achievements and future plans of the Russian aerospace industry. ESA has traditionally taken part in this important event. This year the ESA chalet will host a series of presentations given by ESA experts and bilateral meetings of Jan Wörner, the new Director General of ESA who took up duty on 1 July, with ESA’s Russian cooperation partners.
