Mikhail Korniyenko

Cosmonaut Mikhail Korniyenko graduated as a cosmonaut in 1998 and has logged more than 176 days in space. His experience will grow impressively on his 'year-long' mission he will spend in space with NASA’s Scott Kelly to test human adaptation to weightlessness.

Mikhail’s long career in the space business began in 1986 as a spacewalk support specialist. His first spacewalk was in 2010.
