VIL-4 antenna removal

At the end of its life cycle and following many decades of supporting routine satellite operations as well as new technology developments and experimental operations, such as the Smart-1 Moon mission, the 12m VIL-4 antenna located at ESAC, Spain, near Madrid, is being dismantled.
