The four pillars of ESA's Technology Transfer Programme are:
- ESA PATENT PORTFOLIO with space inventions covered by patents avaiiable for industry to use
- BROKER NETWORK with national brokers to support industry in improving their business through the use of space technology, materials and expertise, and services provided by European spacecraft
- BUSINESS INCUBATION with ESA Business incubation Centres located in many Member States to support start-ups
- INVESTMENT SUPPORT with investment forums and training giving access to ventrue capital and investments for start-ups
