Forest elephant

A campaign to support the development of ESA’s Biomass mission was held recently in Gabon. The country is home to some of Africa’s most diverse rainforest and a haven for wildlife, including western lowland gorillas and forest elephants. The Biomass mission is being developed to determine the amount of biomass and carbon stored in forests.
