Testing Rockot for Sentinel-5P

As part of the campaign at Russia's Plesetsk launch site to prepare the Copernicus Sentinel-5P satellite for liftoff, the rocket was tested in the launch tower. This test had to be done before permission was given to fuel the satellite.
