This base map from NASA’s Viking mission shows the context of an associated image release outlined by the large highlighted central swath. A number of the volcanoes seen in the image are labelled, as well as Olympus Mons, which lies outside of the main image release, for context.
In this map, north is at the bottom, and south is towards the top. The image swath was created from data collected on 19 June 2017 during Mars Express orbit 17 050.
