Inside Ariane 6’s launch table

The Ariane 6 launch table is a 700 tonne steel structure that is 4 m high, 20 m long and 18 m wide and sits in the centre of the launch pad.

Inside, it houses the fluid and cryogenic hydrogen systems, power supply, air-conditioning and security systems. ‘Windows’ between sectional walls allow engineers to maintain the systems and equipment.
