Selection of artist’s impressions showcasing the BepiColombo spacecraft in different situations during the mission’s seven-year cruise to the innermost planet. The images highlight moments following launch, the cruise to Mercury and the separation of the individual spacecraft upon arrival to the planet.
BepiColombo is a joint endeavour between ESA and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, JAXA. ESA provides the Mercury Transfer Module that will carry the ESA Mercury Planetary Orbiter and the JAXA Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter to Mercury.
