OKB Fifth Generation: Fabless radiation tolerant IC design

Based at Novosibirsk at the Academpark and in Moskva at Skolkovo Innovation Center the Russian start-up OKB Fifth Generation (OKB) is committed to miniaturize satellite on-board systems to SoC (system on chip). Not only to minimize volume, but to enable CubeSat technology for deep space. OKB is ready to demonstrate the potential for this SoC technology in dc/dc converters, galvanic isolation and low power ADC.
