Tim Peake taking a virtual tour

ESA astronaut Tim Peake is pictured at London’s Science Museum taking part in Space Descent VR: a virtual reality journey that follows his Principia mission to the International Space Station. Voiced by Tim himself, the experience uses state of the art technology to enable people to have a 360 degree look inside a Soyuz capsule and experience the thrill of being an astronaut as it retraces Tim’s 400km journey back to Earth from the International Space Station.

The VR experience was produced especially for the Science Museum Group and is powered by Samsung Gear VR technology.
