Biomass satellite platform

The Biomass satellite platform in the cleanroom at Airbus Defence and Space in the UK in February 2020. The mission uses the unique sensitivity of P-band to determine, from space, for the first time, the amount of biomass – a proxy for carbon – stored in forests.
