Emergency training
ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer participates in Emergency Vehicle Familiarisation at NASA's Johnson Space Centre in Houston, Texas. Fire behaves differently in microgravity than it does on Earth. Crew members familiarise themselves with the International Space Station’s hardware, software, equipment and procedures on the ground to ensure they are prepared for all eventualities in orbit.
Notfall-Training
