m-NLP during ESTEC testing

The flight model of the Multi-Needle Langmuir probe developed by Eidsvoll Electronics and the University of Oslo for the European-made Bartolomeo platform on the International Space Station, a ‘front porch’ open to space, from here it will map the ionospheric  plasma surrounding the Station in unprecedented high resolution. The m-NLP underwent thermal vacuum testing in ESTEC's Mechanical Systems Laboratory.
