ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen and Danish chef Thorsten Schmidt has previously worked together on Andreas's iriss mission in 2015, making him and his crew mates on the International Space Station a three-course meal.
For Andreas's Huginn mission, Thorsten has created a new kind of chocolate bar called SPACECRAFTED, filled with healthy and nutritious ingredients, to help Andreas with an energy boost for the long days "in the office" on the Space Station.
