OPS-SAT's mission is complete

ESA's OPS-SAT mission has come to an end. OPS-SAT was an orbital research laboratory for experiments too innovative or high risk to demonstrate for the first time on a flagship spacecraft. During OPS-SAT’s four and a half years in orbit, the mission enabled 134 teams from 26 different countries to execute over 284 different experiments in orbit. Some of the results are now already in use by much larger missions.
