Watch the live transmission of ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst coming back to Earth this 10 November with his Expedition 41 crewmates Russian cosmonaut Maxim Surayev and NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman.
Landing in the steppes of Kazakhstan is currently scheduled at 3:58 GMT, 9h58 Kazakhstan time.
This live transmission will show - if the weather permits - the final descent and landing of the Soyuz capsule, the crew getting out and their first moments and reactions back on Earth.
Highlights will be posted as soon as possible after transmission. Approximately 7-8 hours later there should also be highlights of the short welcoming ceremony in Kazakhstan and Alexander’s first interview comments.
This time the ESA astronaut will go directly to EAC in Cologne.
