In the course of the International Space Station training classes at NASA Johnson Space Centre there is one class that is particularly important for the astronauts, the food testing session.
Before flying to the ISS astronaut have the opportunity to test - and taste- the food that they will eat during their long duration stay.
This video shows Alexander Gerst's "food test" , in Houston, in preparation of his second ISS mission next May 2018.
