Because of 56S Soyuz launch abort that prevented the crew to reach the International Space Station on 11 October, significant replanning of ISS increment and traffic is underway.
As a result, it will take several days to sort out ISS activities among them the upcoming spacewalks (Extra Vehicle Activity - EVA) involving ESA astronaut Alex Gerst.
Here is what Jan Woerner, ESA Director General, wrote in a tweet: With a letter sent yesterday to @roscosmos DG Dmitry Rogozin I offered @ESA‘s support on the investigation to the #SoyuzMS10 launch failure. Happy that US Astronaut @AstroHague and Russian Cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin are doing good!
