Material on the Spanish ESA astronaut Pedro Duque who is scheduled to fly in late October 1998 on the STS-95 mission. Pedro's first mission, this will be the 25th flight of Space Shuttle Discovery and the 94th mission flown since the start of the Space Shuttle programme in April 1981.
The flight crew will include John Glenn, the US Senator who was the first American in orbit in 1962.
