ECSAT: New ESA centre at Harwell, UK

A new centre dedicated to developing new space technologies and applications has been unveiled by the European Space Agency, ESA. The European Centre for Space Applications and Telecoms, ECSAT, is being built at Harwell, near the UK city of Oxford.
