The MAH team from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece participated in the Spin Your Thesis! 2015 campaign. The team investigated the effect of hypergravity on micro-organisms and how they modify their gene expression profiles to their new environment. Therefore, they captured videos of the cells motility under a microscope and put them under heat and gravitational stress in an oil bath while spinning them up to 20 g.
