Satellites for irrigation

Water is our most precious resource. Satellites gather critical information to understand and measure the processes driving the water cycle and the impact that climate change and human activity are having. They also allow us to monitor the changing shape of lakes, reservoirs and rivers, as well as monitor soil moisture and plant health to improve the efficiency of irrigation practices.
