Earth Observation (EO) provides us with a vast and diverse amount of useful and important data daily. This data is vital for numerous uses and provides us with a global insight that would otherwise be impossible to collect on this scale. The challenge facing us now is how do we best visualise and use these large amounts of data in a way that can engage a wide range of users. Data analysis techniques that were once being used for commercial purposes are now being scientifically applied to EO in order to learn more about the earth.
