EuroNews visits the CDF
On the 9th November 2005 a news crew directed by Jean Marco of EuroNews Space visited the CDF to produce a short information film for general broadcast.
The crew spent a morning filming a working session of the CDF as well as interviewing several representatives of the CDF and the system specialists.
Although the study filmed was about Jupiter, the broadcast is more generally about the CDF and the function of Concurrent Engineering within ESA. The film identifies both the technical complexity and the human aspects involved in the conceptual phases of future missions.
The programme will be broadcast in seven languages on the EuroNews Channel starting on Friday 2nd December at 13:45 hrs and will be repeated throughout the week as shown on the attached schedule.
