The Expedition 13 crew was on board the International Space Station from March to September 2006.

Expedition 13 Commander Pavel Vinogradov and Flight Engineer Jeff Williams left on 29 March 2006 onboard of a Soyuz TMA-8 spacecraft and arrived two days later at the International Space Station.

ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter joined the Expedition 13 crew on 20 September 2006, shortly after his arrival at the Space Station with Space Shuttle Discovery.

On 28 September 2006, Pavel and Jeff returned to Earth on the Soyuz TMA-8 capsule. Thomas stayed on as a member of Expedition 14.

Pavel Vinogradov

The Russian Cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov represented the Russian Federal Space Agency, Roscosmos, and was the Commander for Expedition 13.
From 5 August 1997 to 19 February 1998 he performed a 198-day spaceflight under the Mir-24/NASA 5, 6 programme.

NASA astronaut Williams was the Flight Engineer and Science Officer for Expedition 13. He visited the International Space Station before on Shuttle mission STS-101.

Thomas Reiter

ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter was the second Flight Engineer for Expedition 13. He joined the Expedition 13 crew on 6 July 2006, after launching on the Space Shuttle Discovery's STS-121 mission. He joined the Expedition 14 crew on 20 September 2006.
