The next ESA Ministerial Council will take place 5-6 December in Berlin. Ministers from ESA's 17 Member States will be discussing important new space programmes, in the areas of Earth observation, planetary exploration and exploitation of the International Space Station.
The Exchange includes pre-event footage required to cover the event.
