ESA astronaut Frank de Winne shows how it is like to live on the International Space Station. From taking a shower to brushing your teeth and going to the toilet as well as eating and exercise, Frank gives us a glimpse of life in space.

Frank de Winne flew on the International Space Station for six months in 2009 as part of the six-month OasISS mission. He was the first European commander of the weightless research centre and was part of the first six-member crew.
