It’s time to get up, move our bodies, and train like an astronaut! In the second #trainlikanastronaut challenge, we’re going to practice some out-of-this-world gymnastics skills! Master the space rock-n-roll first, then take on more advanced moves, like the backwards roll and cartwheel.
