In this video we hear from Jennifer Adams who is a Research Fellow at the Φ-lab and John Mrziglod who is a Young Graduate Trainee there, about the how the environment at Φ-lab helps to inspire young scientists and encourage them to investigate new innovations.

We also hear from Silvia Ullo and two of her students who had the opportunity to complete their Masters thesis at ESA’s ESRIN campus.
