Rafal Modrzweski, CEO at ICEYE – the first commercial organisation to have launched a synthetic aperture radar satellite that weighs less than 100 kg to deliver data on natural catastrophes. Embracing the concept of New Space, ESA has brought ICEYE into its Third Party Mission programme and it is now also a Copernicus Contributing Mission where ESA shares ICEYE data with users.
