This issue of Acta Futura is dedicated to research on interstellar exploration. We hoped to create a snapshot as of 2020 of established results, visions, concepts, designs and technologies related to such a wonderful, albeit far fetched endeavour. We hope, in doing so, to serve those future studies that will take the burden to further the interstellar exploration idea.

Note that the issue is not completed yet, as a consequence the whole issue has not been assembled yet, only the single papers that appear in the list below.
