A new service called esa blue-docs was introduced in March 2019 to provide ESA Member State delegates access to information on Council, Committee and Programme Board meetings. esa blue-docs aims to facilitate and document the decision-making process, thereby supporting coordination with, within and among national Delegations, and strengthening good governance and accountability.
