Express Pallet on ISS

Dedicated platforms called Express Pallets will accommodate external payloads at four locations on the International Space Station (ISS). Two will offer upward viewing, the other downward (to Earth). Each Express Pallet will provide the interface infrastructure (six Express Pallet Adapters, or ExPAs) and the resources needed to accommodate several smaller instruments.
