ISEE balancing test ESTEC

ESA's ISEE-2 satellite about to undergo balancing tests in ESTEC's Test Centre. ESA's International Sun-Earth Explorer-2 (ISEE-2) and NASA's ISEE-1 were launched together on a Delta rocket from Cape Canaveral on 22 October 1977 with complementary instruments as part of the International Magnetosphere Study.
