Go to topicSwedish soldiers prepare the beach at Borrby, Sweden, June 3, 2003, for an expected oil spill from the sunken Chinese freighter Fu Shan Hai which sank Saturday May 31, north of the Danish resort island of Bornholm, 40 kilometers from the southwestern Swedish coast. Environmental ships from Sweden, Denmark and Germany were able to contain most of the oil slick off the Swedish south coast but according to the Swedish coast guard the wreck still contains another 2 million liters.
