Laser Retro Reflector

CryoSat's Laser Retro Reflector (LRR) is another device for precision orbital calculation. Its corner cubes are designed to reflect light back in precisely the same direction it came from. With it, laser bursts can be used to provide independent measurements of CryoSat's position.
