ESA astronaut Frank De Winne and presenter Mylène Gordinou de Gouberville watch as ESA astronaut André Kuipers explains the benefits of eating well and regular exercise. Over 300 schoolchildren were present at the event in Space Expo, the Netherlands to begin the Mission X 2012 competition.
In total, more than 1000 children in Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and the Netherlands were connected with André via a live video link with the International Space Station.
