Proba-V attached to its Small Satellite Interface System (SISS) collar, being lowered in turn onto onto a dedicated adapter cone, mounted in turn on an air cushion pallet. At the end of this 2 April operation, the pallet was ‘pushed’ into a huge container to be moved from the S1B integration hall to the S5C integration hall where it would be mated to Vega's Vespa multi-satellite adapter.
Proba-V will make the journey into orbit on board ESA's Vega launcher, flight VV02, in May 2013.
