Sentinel-1B is scheduled to be launched on 22 April from Europe’s Spaceport near Kourou in French Guiana. The Soyuz rocket will also deliver other satellite missions into orbit: three CubeSats, developed by university students through ESA’s Fly Your Satellite Education programme, and the CNES Microscope satellite. The different teams are now all looking forward to the ‘combined operations’ where the satellites are joined to the rocket.
