ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst after installing ESA's next-generation life support rack ACLS on the International Space Station during his Horizons mission, 19 October 2018.
Alexander commented on the image: "Science fiction, just without “fiction”. Just finished the installation of ESA's new Life Support Rack on the Space Station, which helps us regenerate oxygen and water. It will also teach us how to build a life support system for Moon and Mars, and for remote locations on Earth."
