In order to detect dark matter and answer other fundamental questions about our universe, engineers and scientists from all over the world have come together to build the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) which will be installed on the International Space Station (ISS) in 2011.

The video (with Norweigian subtitles) presents the main features and goals of AMS in its search for the missing universe, introducing elements of physics and history of science.
