4 - Distribution of Tender Actions

The Tender Action Package is released by the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Contracts Department to the potential Tenderers via its electronic tool dedicated to tendering – https://esastar-publication-ext.sso.esa.int/

Within esa-star Publication, Tenderers will also find various general reference documents that are referred to in the Tender Action, such as General clauses and Conditions for ESA contracts and PSS forms.

Any communication from the Agency during the tendering period shall be made exclusively via esa-star Tendering and therefore shall be available at the same time to all Tenderers.
