This image was taken by Rosetta's OSIRIS narrow-angle camera on 16 August from a distance of about 100 km from Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The comet nucleus is about 4 km across. An annotated version of this image identifying candidate landing sites for the lander Philae can be found here.
