- Achieve and maintain the position as single contact point and provider for common IT services and solutions within ESA,
- Support all directorates in the delivery of their IT products and services,
- Act as a catalyst to consolidate multidirectorate IT initiatives,
- Act as a change agent for the Agency,
- Promote ESA wide efficiency and effectiveness initiatives for resource distribution, management and utilisation,
- Provide user-centric solutions and support services,
- Enable seamless operations of ESA through the operation and evolution of IT solutions and services,
- Enable the highest degree of collaboration and cooperation among our user communities in the Agency and with our external partners,
- Secure and protect ESA´s information assets,
