Vegetation image of Libya

Spot-5 Vegetation multispectral sensor image of Libya, acquired 16 April 2010. ESA's Proba-V mission, scheduled for mid-2012, aims to match the performance of the current Vegetation sensor using a re-engineered version flown aboard a micro-satellite to ensure data continuity into the future.
