The ESA/France Understanding for the Sentinel Collaborative Ground Segment Cooperation was signed on 18 March 2014 at ESA Headquarters in Paris by Volker Liebig, ESA’s Director of Earth Observation Programmes (left), and Thierry Duquesne, CNES Director for Strategy, Programmes and International Relations (right).
